The Governance Council provides oversight with quality assurance/quality control for the NYS Water Resource Recovery Operator Certification program. Responsibilities include review of:  certification applications in question, renewal training in question, reciprocity issues, exam administrative issues, monthly exam results and other tasks associated with operator certification.
