Long Island Chapter Scholarship Application

Long Island Chapter NYWEA Scholarship Application Instructions for Applicants The New York Water Environment Association Long Island Chapter will be offering up to 3-$1,000 scholarships.

These scholarships are based on the following eligibility:

• 2 are granted to relatives of members enrolled in one of the eligible related programs.

• 1 is granted to a non-member student enrolled in one of the eligible related programs.​

​Lucy Grassano Operator Scholarship

The Lucy Grassano Operator Scholarship will be offering a $900 travel stipend AND full week registration waived for the NYWEA 92nd Annual Meeting.

This scholarship is based on the following eligibility:

• Must be a Certified Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator

•The individual has never attended a past NYWEA Annual Meeting

•Must be a NYWEA member (Membership Application can accompany Scholarship Application)
